Benjamin Aw
Mr Aw Wen Xin (Benjamin) is the Founder and Chief Performance Strategist of EnHyphen Pte Ltd, a Learning & Business Development Consultancy that specializes in Career Development, Facilitation Skills, Innovation and Gamification. He is an individual who strives to achieve excellence in enabling people to discover and achieve their innate potential. Being a passionate, experiential and expressive trainer, he achieves learning through different activities, all while drawing out objective lessons.

Joining the professional training and coaching community after his various leadership roles in 2008, Benjamin seeks to empower others and is continually fueled and committed to raise others up to the best that they can be. Academically, Benjamin has acquired various skills and knowledge through the years; Certified Behavioural and Career Consultant in 2009, Certified Master NLP Practitioner in 2012, a Job and Development Coach in 2015, a Marshall Goldsmith Executive Coach in 2017 and a Innovation360 Consultant in 2018 to name a few.

In his past role as the head of a training and development firm, Benjamin has experience in leading a team in achieving marketing and sales as well as developing solution-based content to aid in the issues that clients face. He has initiated development in a new Career Development Model and Learning Facilitation Skills Model that is in use by the company in their developmental programmes. In addition, he has developed as well as headed associates development and management systems, developing management systems as well as learning processes for more than 100 associates.

In each programme he conducts, Benjamin is able to pick out main points and discern well about the participants, being able to disseminate relevant practical and insightful information for the participant. Being passionate about helping others, he is ready to provide aid and advice for those who seek them and willingly go beyond the extra mile to ensure participants not only learn but also is able to make use of the new-found knowledge.

In addition to being a Trainer, Facilitator, Consultant and Coach, he is also a trained Graphic Recorder; using his skills to help consolidate and visualize learning for participants and create lasting graphic boards to help participants develop a further understanding of the content. Chong Kum Hong
Mr Chong Kum Hong has over 25 years of corporate experience with significant experience and a wide network of many MNC and Corporate level leaders across the Asia Pacific region. His specialty is in the area of training, coaching, management, sales, marketing and business development.

He holds an MBA from Entrepreneurship Institute Australia, a Diploma in Human Resources Management & Development from Human Capital Institute & a Diploma in MICE (Tourism) focusing on special events. He also has Certifications in Advance Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) and Career coaching (ACCDF & GCDF-Singapore). Additionally, he also completed the Nanyang Technological University (NTU) Leadership Programme.

An avid volunteer, he regularly devotes his time as a missionary leader to help the under-privileged in China, Indonesia, Nepal, India and Myanmar. Kum Hong also provides training to help beneficiaries develop critical life skills such as entrepreneurship as well as being part of the medical team providing health care and dental care to the needy. Within Singapore, Kum Hong actively volunteers as a Committee Member and Citizen of Patrol (Leader for a team of min. 10pax to provide monthly security awareness to the estate with Singapore Police - COP) at the Tanjong Pagar Constituency. In addition, he holds an Advance Certificate in Community Leadership and was awarded a long service award by the People’s Association.

In his earlier career life, Kum Hong founded and managed a mining company in Indonesia and a Logistics Company in Singapore for more than 15 years. Following that, he switched his career focus to the social service sector and worked with the Singapore National Co-operative Federation (SNCF) to provide support and assistance to help cooperatives deliver social projects that benefit local communities.




Clare Poon
Ms Clare Poon is a Learning Solutionist with 15 years of experience in building capabilities and influencing learning using various platforms.

Clare is an avid Specialist Adult Educator (SAE) who has expertise in developing competency framework and training curriculum; facilitating workshops using blended learning approaches; enabling workplace learning interventions; and providing career advisory in the healthcare, retail and training and adult education sectors.

Clare is also an Adjunct Adult Educator with Institute for Adult Learning (IAL) since 2014. With her diverse experience, she has conducted action research, trained and assessed Workplace Trainer Programme, Certification in Workplace Learning Specialist and Diploma in Adult Continuing and Education and provided career advisory services to aspiring freelance Adult Educators.

Academically, Clare holds a Masters in Training and Development (Griffith University) and Bachelor of Science in Management (Hons). Professionally, she holds a Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE), Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) and Advanced Certification in Career Development Facilitation (ACCDF).



Dr. Ricky Tang
Dr Ricky Tang has over 30 years of experience in diverse roles as high school teacher, lecturer, general manager, expatriate (to China), university administrator, career counsellor, and in recent years, career educator.

Presently Dr Tang is a Senior Lecturer with Republic Polytechnic (RP) teaching the Diploma in Human Resource Management with Psychology programme. He also holds leadership position as the Programme Head of the Specialist Diploma in Career Counselling programme. He teaches the capstone modules. Prior to RP, Dr Tang was with Singapore Management University (SMU) as the Senior Associate Director/Career Services for about nine years, and in the private sector as general manager and director for over 14 years.

He possesses a doctorate degree from the University of Newcastle where he completed his thesis on cross-cultural and expatriate management. Dr Tang also possesses a Phoenix MBA, a Buffalo EdM in School Counselling, and a Nanyang Specialist Diploma in Counselling. He received his undergraduate degrees and teacher training in Hong Kong and Australia. Other qualifications include Graduate Diplomas in Educational Administration, Curriculum Development, and Distance Education. He is ACTA-certified and has a Diploma in Training Management.

Dr Tang is registered with Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC) as a Clinical Member. Internationally he is registered with Australian Counselling Association (ACA) as a counsellor at M.A.C.A. Level 4, and Hong Kong Professional Counselling Association (HKPCA) as a Certified Counsellor and Associate Fellow.

In the areas of careers, Dr Tang received numerous professional certifications including Educational and Vocational Guidance Practitioner (EVGP) by International Association for Educational and Vocational Guidance (IAEVG), Certified Leading Professional by Career Industry Council of Australia (CICA), Global Career Development Facilitator Instructor (GCDF-I) by Center for Credentialing and Education (CCE), and Facilitating Career Development Instructor (FCD-I) by National Career Development Association (NCDA). He also holds professional memberships of American Counselling Association, National Career Development Association, and National Association of Graduate Careers Advisory Services.

Dr Tang is certified practitioners of Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Strong Interest Inventory (SII), Career Leader, and Workplace Big Five Profile.

As a lifelong learner, he has earned over a 100 university credits in the areas of Positive Psychology, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Couple and Family Counselling, Grief and Bereavement Counselling, and Gerontology.

He was previously invited to speak in conferences/seminars such as the MOE ECG Seminar, the MBTI Education Conference, etc. Dr Tang appeared on TVs many times to talk about ECG and SkillsFuture. During term breaks, he was often invited to conduct workshops and training for educators, counsellors and coaches on-site in universities and schools.

Dr Tang has a strong passion in developing and nurturing young people.
Dr. Timothy K. Hsi
Dr Timothy is an educator of counsellors and coaches, with over 20 years of experience as a psychotherapist. The counsellors and coaches he has trained over the years work in organisations such as Ministry of Education, Workforce Singapore, E2i, Nanyang Technological University as well as numerous private training and coaching companies.

He founded Abundanz Consulting Pte Ltd (Singapore) and is the Master instructor for Knowdell’s Job and Career Transition Coach certification programme across Asia and is a certified NCDA Facilitating Career Development Instructor. Additionally, he is the Country Leader for the coaching game “Points of You” for Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.

He is also an editorial board member of the Asia Pacific Career Development Journal and was awarded the Emerging Leader Award at the 2017 Asia Pacific Career Development Conference.

Academically, Dr Tim received his Doctor in Education (Counsellor Education) from UCL Institute of Education and his Master’s in Guidance and Counselling from James Cook University (Australia). Currently, he teaches masters’ classes at the Australia College for Applied Psychology (Adelaide) and James Cook University (Singapore).

Dr Tim is well regarded as a trainer, coach & counsellor by many of the individuals whom he has worked with. Participants and clients appreciate his collaborative and respectful approach and his unassuming ease when leading workshops. This ability continually creates a comfortable, safe & fun environment for all participants.

As the Founding President of CDAS, Dr Tim hopes that CDAS will grow to become the platform for all career practitioners in Singapore to build their professional identities through networking, collaboration and active participation.
Ken Tan
Ken has been empowering individuals make better informed career decisions in growth and transition since 2009.

Started as an Education Counsellor, he worked his way up to a well-regarded Freelance Career Coach. He got his coaching certification in ICF and Aventis. Ken has appeared in 93.8FM radio as a guest speaker. He was also invited to talk about career planning in libraries, schools and community centres. Ken is a Career Guide for Nanyang Polytechnic and NTUC Todo Todo Youth Network. He was an in-house Advisor for an online career forum in Jobs Central whom was acquired by Career Builder for an undisclosed sum. As a Thought Leader, he writes independent career-related articles on his blog that's relevant in the new economy. For 10 years (and counting on), Ken has been giving face-to-face personal consultation and coaching to PMETs across multiple industries.

In his corporate profile, Ken has been a Deal Maker with 12 years experiences in Asia Pacific and Australasia. Currently, he is a Vice President of Business Development for a global US-based company.

Formerly a Senior Sales Manager in research companies covering Asia, he won the "Most Dedicated Salesperson of the Year Award" twice in consecutive years, chalking up an excellent track record in closing senior-level corporate agreements in Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Singapore, Australia - to just name a few. His specialty is in consultative sales techniques and cross-border negotiation. He was also a Market Development Manager for a US-based coconut water producer. He spearheaded the growth in Singapore from zero market share to 4th within a year. He championed the product success of the brand, winning the "Superior Taste Award" in Belgium. Ken is an Associate Member of Singapore Institute of Directors (SID) and an Advisor and Investor for Enlinea Sdn Bhd.

Ken will continue his lifelong passion in career coaching to individuals, looking forward to advance the best practices of this industry in Singapore.
Lim Mei Lan
Meilan is currently an HR practitioner in the financial services sector.

Prior to that, she was with a Chinese tech unicorn where she supported the APAC region. In total, Meilan has gathered close to 8 years of HR shared services/business partnering experience across the technology industry working with multinational companies like Oracle, SAP as well as a government statutory body.

Meilan is someone who operates more on passion than expectations, having taken a career out of her academic discipline. Way before entering the world of HR, she had started out as an external auditor with PwC.

Meilan volunteers as a Youth Career Network guide with NTUC and has obtained career development facilitator certification from NCDA. She sincerely believes that “learn-it-all” curiosity rather than “know-it-all” mentality is the way forward for the future of career development.
Sam Chia
Sam Chia is the Founder of SC Coaching Asia Pte Ltd. He has over 25 years’ experience as an international business leader, executive and career coach, consultant, and facilitator.=

Sam was formerly the Vice President and Managing Director of subsidiaries of the global listed company. He had profit and loss responsibility for their specialty chemicals business across China, Southeast Asia, and India.

Sam began his career as a Chartered Certified Accountant. He is a Fellow member of both the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and The Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants. He obtained his Master of Business Administration from University of Bath, United Kingdom.

Sam had resided in China, Singapore, and Malaysia and had built and led successful diversified teams across Asia during his tenure as a regional business leader.

Sam embarked on his consulting and coaching career after taking up the role of Managing Director of a regional human resource practice specializing in leadership and organization development. In his work, Sam applies insights using assessment technology, positive psychology, action learning, coaching and blended learning to help leaders expand their personal performance and organizational capabilities.

Sam is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with International Coach Federation, Certified Coach with Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching, and Certified Solution Focused Coach with Canadian Council of Professional Certification (CCPC) and received a Certificate in Coaching from Henley Business School (HBS), University of Reading, UK. He is also certified in Job and Transition Coach from Career Planning and Adult Development Network, US. He supports individual especially PMET to navigate, transit and grow in their career through career coaching

With his passion in coaching, Sam has co-edited a book in 2010, “Coaching in Asia: The First Decade” together with a team of coaches from International Coaching Federation to create coaching awareness and to share coaching experience in Asia. He has also contributed articles on leadership and coaching to The Straits Times, Human Resources Magazine and Sam is recently recognized as 100 Best Global Coaching Leaders by CHRO Asia/ World Coaching Congress in 2017.
