CDAS AGM 2009

Dear members of CDAS,

Our Annual General Meeting is coming up on the 15th of August 2009 and we would like to invite all members and/or any of your friends whom are interested to be our member to join us during this meeting.

On top of having the AGM, the committee have put up a series of programmes and activities for members to interact and have fun.

The activites will start off on the 14th of August so feel free to join us for any or all the activities.

Venue :   Aranda Country Club Chalet No. 2302

Next to Downtown East along Pasir Ris Drive 3

14th August

10:30pm - Supper and chit-chat  in Aranda Chalet

Late night - Free & Easy Recreational Activities (Mah Jong, Karaoke, Video Games…..)

15th August

12 noon - Conductors Lunch at Downtown East

1:00pm - CDAS Bowling Session / Free & Easy

3:00pm - Repertoire Sharing Session (Sign-up required)

6:00pm - Dinner (Provided by CDAS)

7:00pm - Annual General Meeting 2009

Members can arrive anytime after 5 on the 14th of August and are most welcomed to stay overnight in the chalet.

Do bring a pair of socks if you are joining the Bowling contest.
