East Zone Choir Camp 2009

East Zone Choir Camp 2009: “How Do I Sing Well?” is an event organized by East Zone Centre of Excellence for Music @ Pasir Ris Crest Secondary School.

It is a fun-filled 2-day programme full of engaging musical activities for students from school choirs in the East Zone Primary Schools. These activities are conducted by experienced choir instructor, Ms Ong Chiak Yin and her team of sectional tutors.

The Participants of the East Zone Choir Camp 2009 will:
· Gain a deeper insight on how one can sing well through fun and effective approaches.
· Have small group practice sessions conducted by experienced sectional tutors who are also accomplished singers with experiences performing in both local and overseas concerts and competitions.
· Take part in games and quizzes to reinforce their learning and be rewarded with small gifts along the way.
· Perform in an evening concert in the combined East Zone Primary Schools Choir on the second day of the choir camp.

The concert will also feature guest choirs from the East Zone Schools.
· Make new friends with students from the various school choirs in the East Zone.

Fee

The East Zone Choir Camp is fully sponsored by the EZ COE Music. All meals for the duration of the camp will also be provided.
