Choral Directors’ Association (Singapore) Annual General Meeting

Dear members of CDAS,

Please be informed that we will be holding our Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the following time and place. Your attendance and participation is most valuable to the association. Please make it a point to attend this AGM.

Date : 4th October 2008 (Saturday)

Time : 6:00 PM (Dinner will be provided)

Venue : Rio Vista Condominium Function Room

Upper Serangoon View (Beside Serangoon Secondary School & The Florida)

The agenda of the meeting is as follows:

1. Opening address and general report by the president of the association

2. Annual Financial Report

3. Introduction of new CDAS website

4.   Discussion for 08/09 activities

5. Elections for the new committee

6. Any Other Matters

One of the highlight of the AGM will include presenting the new CDAS website with more functions that members can use e.g. Concert Announcements, Conductors Profile, Choral News…..
